The Partnership
AOIT Networks has supported Kings Church Gateshead, a local Elim church and registered charity, since 2018. What started as help registering their first domain and building their first website has grown into an ongoing, free-of-charge IT partnership – our way of giving back to a local organisation doing valuable work in the community.
As a charity, every penny counts. That is exactly why we provide our support to Kings Church Gateshead at no cost: web hosting, domain registration, website development, Microsoft 365, and general IT support, all free, so they can put their resources where they matter most.
As a small leadership team, we are sincerely grateful for all the support we have received. The impact has been significant. Other local churches have commended our online presence, and we have welcomed many members of the community who first connected with us through our accessible and user-friendly website. This would not have been achieved so seamlessly without the expertise and support of AOIT.

What We’ve Delivered
It all began when we registered the church's first domain and built their very first website, giving them an online presence from scratch.
When the church went through a full rebrand, we were there to help bring the new identity to life online, registering a new domain and rebuilding the site from the ground up rather than just refreshing the existing website.
A second rebrand came along, and once again we handled the new domains and a full website redevelopment. This time we built the site around Elementor, giving the church's own team the freedom to add pages, update content, and make day-to-day changes themselves, while AOIT Networks created the initial template and structure and remains on hand for anything more substantial. We also configured the site to run through a global content delivery network with caching optimisations, keeping it fast for visitors wherever they're browsing from.
We set the church up on Microsoft 365 under the Charity Not-for-Profit licence, handling the full setup, migrating their email, and training their administration team along the way. Since then, Microsoft 365 has helped them stay organised, keep on top of their goals, and communicate more effectively as a team. We've also provided Microsoft 365 backup free of charge ever since, and we're always on hand whenever they need support.
The Impact
For a charity, every cost avoided is money that goes back into their mission rather than IT overheads. Kings Church Gateshead now has a professional, easy-to-manage website and a fully supported Microsoft 365 environment that keeps their team organised and communicating effectively, all without the price tag that would normally come with it.
To this day, AOIT Networks and Kings Church Gateshead continue to enjoy an excellent working relationship, and we’re proud to be able to give back and support our local community in this way.
